Call for Papers – Perspectives

The American Probation and Parole Association (APPA) produces a quarterly periodical, Perspectives, for distribution to its membership. Perspectives is seeking contributions to a special issue “Translating Research into Sustainable Practice.” We are interested in a variety of perspectives on the use of research or evidence-based practices/programs in probation and parole settings; practitioner-researcher partnerships; successes and failures in translating research into practice; continuing funded practices/programs once the funding runs out; and engaging evidence-based practices in reentry in probation/parole settings.

Please reach out an issue editor with your interest in writing a piece for this issue; include one or two sentences on your ideas. Editors are available to support authors in determining topic fit for the issue.
