A Multidisciplinary Lens to Justice-Related Research

Dr. Conway-Turner takes a fresh lens to justice-related issues. With a doctorate in applied developmental psychology and a background in educational psychology, Dr. Conway-Turner’s work leans heavily on a multidisciplinary approach. Prior to her work with the research firm American Institutes for Research (AIR), she was a post-doctoral policy fellow for the Society for Research in Child Development and the National Institute of Justice. We’re excited for Dr. Conway-Turner to talk to us about navigating federal post-doc positions, making the decision to work for a research firm, and researching justice-related issues with a multi-disciplinary lens.
