The DCS is proud to support the ASC Pretrial Justice Working Group as part of our Division. The purpose of this group is to allow members to share news, publications, research, and other information about topics related to pretrial justice, including bail, diversion, jails, pretrial supervision and services, pretrial risk assessment, debtors’ prisons, fines and fees, and the criminalization of poverty. To do so, we have set up a google group (which you can join even if you do not have a gmail account).
