Who Are We

Organization

The ASC Division on Corrections and Sentencing is comprised of ASC members, an Executive Board, and committees. DCS functions within the Division’s Constitution and Bylaws as well as policies of the ASC.

Membership

ASC members in good standing may be members of DCS. Members who have paid the required Divisional dues will be considered eligible for voting at Divisional meetings, for the election of Divisional officers, and to hold office.

Executive Board
The DCS Executive Board is comprised of the Divisions current officers (Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary/Treasurer), the immediate past Chair and three Executive Counselors.

Committees

There are six standing committees: Nominations, Newsletter, Outreach, Programming, Student Affairs, and Special Events.

Other committees may be created if deemed necessary.
