On behalf of the Newsletter Committee, I would like to invite you to submit a short teaching or research note (focused on corrections and sentencing) for publication in our spring newsletter. We are interested in pieces about successful or innovative teaching tools or techniques and research during a pandemic. Ideally submissions should be 500-1000 words, in APA format, with endnotes.
Teaching: We are particularly interested in innovative teaching techniques you adopted during the pandemic and will carry over into your post-pandemic pedagogy. What has worked well (or not so well)? What should become standard practice post-pandemic? What lessons have you learned as an instructor?
Submissions or questions about potential submissions (including other ideas) should be sent to the DCS Vice-Chair, Eileen Ahlin, at ema105@psu.edu. The deadline for submission is Friday, April 1, 2022.
